WARNING

1. Keep away from children
2. Contains flammable gas under pressure, exercise care in use
3. Don’t perforate or play with the lighter
4. Ignite lighter away from face, hair and clothing.
5. Never expose to heat above 120°F or 50°C or to prolonged sunlight
6. Never puncture or put in fire

FLAME ADJUSTMENT

1. Adjust flame to desired height. Wind proof and touch type lighters operate most efficiently when flame height is 15-25MM.
2. Put one-line screwdriver inside the adjuster at the bottom of the lighter:
Turn it clockwise or near (-) position, the flame become lower;
Turn it anticlockwise or near (+) position, the flame become higher.

FILL THE GAS

1. Use butane gas.
2. Set flame adjustment near (-) lowest position
3. All air must be removed from gas tank in order to fill to maximum capacity. Bleed only when flame begins to drop, and tank is nearly empty.
4. Fill with lighter in an upside-down position
5. Put nozzle tip directly on valve opening, and press down firmly for 2-3 times, 2 seconds per time.
6. Butane spray-back may occur with some lighters when full. If the lighter is not equipped with a gas viewing hole, use the following steps to ensure the gas tank is full:
Hold lighter in an upright position. Depress the filler valve with a ballpoint pen or small screwdriver until hissing stops.
7. Warm the lighter in your hand for 10 seconds. Then, wait at least 1 minute before attempting to ignite the lighter. This will allow enough time for excess butane to dissipate, and gas in the lighter to reach room temperature.

FLINT REPLACEMENT WARNING

1. Set flame adjustment near (-) lowest position
2. Remove flint screw, or slide flint plunger back to expose flint chamber
3. Tap lighter gently on a hard surface to remove flint particles, and dust
4. Insert placement flint into flint chamber
5. Replace flint screw, or slide plunger back into place
6. Never force flint into flint chamber
7. Clean the serrated flint wheel occasionally with a stiff brush

CARE HAND HANDLING

1. Keep away from children
2. Never attempt near heat source, sparks or flame
3. To preserve the finish, do not carry with coins, keys and metal, as they will scratch the outer surface. Clean the outer surface using only a soft, clean dry cloth.
4. Be sure use certificate brand butane, use of other brands of unknown pressures and levels of contamination will clog the butane feeding system, and affect the performance of the lighter.
